Some family background. The name Mikani is derived from the first pair of initials of three siblings. The name was initially used and registered as the stud breeding prefix for the family horses. The property was located in the Yarra Valley near Coldstream.

The business entity known as Mikani Pty Ltd was established in 2001 as an Australian owned and Victorian headquartered Management Consulting and Professional Services organisation, specialising in the deployment of senior consultants in roles where they will work closely with teams of client personnel to identify and to achieve organisational goals, through the strategic alignment of objectives with current and emerging technology capabilities.
Over the past two decades Mikani has created, owned, invested, partnered and developed a series of businesses. These have included a series of Digital, High-Tech and Services businesses.
There remains an enduring focus upon Government, Defence, Emergency Service, Health and Agricultural engagements. More recently we have developed experience in renewable energy.
