AGO required Project Management expertise to oversee and coordinate the various elements of the Foundation Annex Project in a compressed timeframe.
We provided the project management expertise necessary to coordinate the activities associated with the establishment of the Foundation Annex and AGO Trainee Program.We utilised a hybrid project management approach. PRINCE2 was drawn upon for the overall coordination of activities with an Agile method for the delivery of the Geospatial production solution.
Our Deliverables:
- Revision of the Project Documentation including the CONOPS (Concept of Operations) and SRD (System Requirements Document)
- Integrated Master Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure
- Communications Strategy
- Project Management documentation including PRINCE2 artefacts.
- Integrated Project Team and stakeholder communication and engagement.
Our Outcome:
Value for money services and expertise to the overall establishment of the AGO Bendigo Foundation Annex.
Active engagement with all stakeholders achieved Initial Operations Capability.
Our ongoing advice and guidance saw successful transition of the site management to AGO personnel in readiness for Final Operations acceptance and the second group of trainees.
Independent expertise to enable rapid delivery of the AGO Foundation Annex with specialist Project Management services in an effective manner support the Defence workforce.
