We were to design and develop a fit for purpose Change Management strategy and underpinning stakeholder, change management, transition and communication plans to support affected stakeholders to adopt and engage with the new ICT application.
We were also to undertake a leading role in the delivery of the identified change process across Defence in consultation with key stakeholders.
